Many people I work with are not sure where to begin on their journey to using their talents, gifts and or business acumen to craft the life they would like to live. The one our dream excavating session allows me and the individual to do a talent inventory, skills assessment, and confidence inventory of those skills.
Once we have done those things, I help the individual create measurable and trackable goals around what we discovered. I then formulate a strategic 3 month plan to maximize achievement and not overwhelming the client. Dream excavating sessions are perfect for individuals who are not sure where to begin for making a life pivot.
